After Second Brain I didn’t patch up the old thing — I rebuilt it from scratch, as a real app. Five days over every last screw. A production MVP: the surface finished, a real foundation under the hood. The system never got to live. It all came down to Anthropic’s new pricing — it went up nearly 18 times, and keeping it running around the clock got too expensive.
